The compass is nice to have on your hand it can be useful in all kinds of situations even sitting environments where you are looking on your phone for directions. You can orient yourself very easily with a quick glass and the compass and seen in which direction you have to start walking.
For the sports enthusiasts you have access to: training plans, suggestions of activities, exercise load, progress, recovery. Also we can connect to Strava through the Connect app and send the starred segments to your phone.
I especially enjoy this features that monitor my activity load and how much should I train to improve my fitness or to keep it the current level.
The watch also displays the VO2 level, but will do so only for running. For cycling you need to purchase a power meter to be able to give you VO2 max.
